It's Okay #3

Yes, really, it's okay;

  • to sit back and watch hubs cook lunch.  Wha-ho!
  • to not recognize so many of the old people at my class reunion.  When did that happen?  (turning old)
  • that some of my friends and relatives think making my own laundry soap is weird.
  • to stand in front of the garage freezer and eat the last serving of ice cream, isn't it?
  • that I had to fish for a compliment.  Hubs said, "It's hot". I said "Am I hot?" Hubs said, "Are my beauty naps working?" I said "yes!". Hubs said, "Then, you're hot!"
  • to try Google Chrome for the first time and wonder...seriously-what was I afraid of?
  • to not own an i phone...dang it.
  • to stand in a field taking photo after photo of a breath taking West Texas sunset.

Thanks for coming by.  Your comments make my day.

  1. I laughed at the not recognizing people at the class reunion. I just ran into some people over the weekend from HS and I had NO CLUE who they were.. they remembered me though. Awkward.

I love when my husband cooks. He's fantastic at it and it's so sexy. Too bad he does it only a few times a month. Ha.

Found you through the blog hop.

    Your newest follower!

  2. Stopping by from Embracing Messy. New follower! Thanks for visiting my blog. I don't have an iPhone either...heck I don't even have a text plan or text. My husband doesn't want to pay "THE MAN" for silly stuff like that. I am also connected enough....I work in front of a computer for 10 hours a day and of course spend lots of time social networking.

  3. That sunset is awesome!! Sometimes I hide too when I eat the last piece of something or a second helping of something so my husband doesn't give me the stink eye!! Haha!

  4. Out of a 100 pictures I take, I'll like a few! Im always over taking on the picture, you gotta to get the bast one!
    Following you from the hop!

  5. Great sunset!

My husband used to cook for me, but that was back before he was my husband. I'm beginning to think it was a set up. ;-)

And I prefer Chrome, though my son is very much a firefox advocate.

Gosh, I really love it when you leave comments...It feels all warm and fuzzy. :)
