Bound by Books linky plus DIY T-Shirt Crafts book give away

Affiliate links may be included in post
Because August is only a day away (funny but I just heard Annie sing that as a musical line in my head!) The August Bound by Books link up is here.  July showed us some great literature recommendations and some fun book crafts.  I’m especially excited about this first week in August because my friend Adrianne Surian  of Happy Hour Projects just published her first craft book.  She is offering five lucky readers a copy of the book, and there's also an Instagram sweepstakes to win a pair of Fiskars® spring-loaded scissors!
DIY T-Shirt Crafts  is a collection of 50 ways to recycle an old tee.  In it, you'll find scarves and jewelry, accessories, home decor, gifts, and more.  The projects are designed to take an hour or less, and you don't need a sewing machine to make them - some projects require little more than a tee and a sharp pair of scissors!  DIY T-Shirt Crafts is available online at Amazon and Barnes & Noble, or ask for it at your local bookstore. It hits the shelves on August 1st.

To enter this giveaway, leave a comment below letting me know why you're excited to win this book!  Then, claim your entry on the Rafflecopter form below. You can also earn a bonus entry by tweeting a message to share the giveaway! U.S. readers and friends can enter now through August 7th, 2015 (entries will be collected until 11:59 pm Eastern time). No purchase necessary; void where prohibited.
Did you already buy the book? Not to worry, you can still win something special! Just take a selfie with your book (or any image of the book), and post it to Instagram or to Twitter! Tag @HappyHrProjects, and use the hashtag #DIYTShirtCrafts to be entered to win a pair of spring-loaded 8" Fiskars Titanium Nitride Scissors (a $28 value). No purchase necessary. U.S. residents 18 and up may enter now through August 7, 2015 at 11:59 pm EDT - read the full rules at Happy Hour Projects.

Now don't forget to share your book posts and projects

  1. When we bought and moved into my husband's paternal grandmother's house after she passed, there were a TON of clothes left. Some were bagged and taken to Goodwill. And not just clothes. I swear we doubled the usable floor space once we cleaned out the unimproved basement! *lol* I would love to find more ways to repurpose some of the things found here into new items to be used again!

  4. Omg! We have SO MANY old tees (my husband has a t-shirt problem) that could use some upcycling! This book would be perfect for us!

  5. Thanks for hosting! I'D LOVE to win this book! I used to make bracelets out of old t-shirts. It was fun, but I'd like some new ideas! I don't have a sewing machine at home so my options are a little limited.
